All students in years 3 to 6 write and present a 3 minute persuasive speech on a topic of personal interest. Students are assessed on this work and this forms part of their speaking and listening report grade.
High performing students are chosen based on specific criteria to represent Tuart Forest at the Soap Box competition. This event sees students from across the region compete against one another. Tuart Forest Students perform well at this event and our students have effective public speaking skills as a result.
